(+) I thought the location was convenient and the staff were helpful.
(-) It was tired looking and in need of redecoration. Tea making facilities were not provided.

(-) I asked for parking reservation confirmed by e-mail when I booked the room. For more then one month I have got no answer. A few days before arriving at Palatinus Pension, when I asked by e-mail about parking reservation, the answer was that there is no room reservation for me. Only after I sent a copy of the reservation with the PIN code they recognized the mistake, but the answer was that there is no...Показать весь отзыв

(+) It looks like old, traditional Hungary hotel, but it has comfort and enough luxury and modern elements to provide relax environment.
(-) Maybe the fact that touristic tax was not mentioned when I booked the room.

(+) located right at the heart of the beautiful historical town of Sopron, the hotel is in a very pleasant, restructured antique building. Nice atmosphere, and also quiet.
(-) Nearby church bells wake you up early. Room/Bathroom need restructruring, but otherwise OK.
