(+) Limpeza e arrumação dos quartos
(-) Serviços minimos numa altura em que o hotel estava com bastantes clientes. Não tinham serviço de restaurante/bar disponível e o hotel fica longe do centro.

(-) Apesar de ter reservado o quarto com uma semana de antecedência e pedido expressamente uma cama de casal, o hotel não foi capaz de a providenciar. O pequeno-almoço deixa a desejar, para um hotel de 4 estrelas.

(+) I stayed there only for one night in a family room (that is a 2 double intercommunicated rooms) and i must say that it was pretty nice. All clean and very spacious. The hotel was pretty nice, very modern and the breakfast was okay ! Don't have any complaints about the staff.
(-) The worst thing in it was the far distance from the centre. If you don't have a car you'll be very limited, unless you're there for a congress or a football game.

(+) It's an excelent hotel. TV, big rooms, easy to park the car, good price. I did not eat the breakfast, so, it's was perfect.
